Refund Policy

All sales are final

New World Tweaks is a digital subscription that starts working the moment you buy it, so we don't offer refunds - for first purchases or renewals. This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Before you buy

Try it free first. The Free plan includes a set of tweaks, a PC check-up, startup apps, restore points and system info, so you can see how the app works on your PC before paying.
Check what each plan includes on our plans and in the app before choosing.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your subscription page - Account → Manage billing in the app, or our subscription portal. Cancelling stops future payments. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Tweaks you applied stay applied after your plan ends, and you can still undo any of them on the Free plan.

If something's wrong

If the app isn't working on your PC, come to our Discord or email createsnero@gmail.com - we'll help you get it working. If you were charged in error, such as twice for the same plan, tell us and we'll fix it.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Opening a chargeback ends your plan immediately and may close your account.
